Thanks to New Architects Melbourne for hosting a special HOLD ME DEAR exhibition at their 3rd Anniversary event last night. There were some great speakers and it was lovely to see some architecture themed photographs and places as part of the project. All images shown at the exhibition are now live in the HOLD ME DEAR online gallery.
HOLD ME DEAR is excited to be partnering with the wonderful New Architects Melbourne for an upcoming exhibition of their members' contributions to the project. The exhibition will feature beautiful black and white photography complete with personal 50 word captions, about the places these talented architects treasure most.
The exhibition will be taking place at their 3rd Anniversary event on 27th June and is sure to be spectacular. All submissions to this exhibition will be added to the online HOLD ME DEAR gallery shortly after the exhibition, well worth checking out.
I have been delighted to partner with the lovely folks at Testing Grounds in Melbourne for the HOLD ME DEAR project's first physical exhibition. Pop along to Testing Grounds to grab a last chance see the photographs and stories submitted to the project so far in the flesh before the physical exhibition ends this week!
As submissions have been received to the website during the Testing Grounds exhibition, they have not only formed part of the online gallery, but also been added to the evolving physical exhibition on show at Testing Grounds.
Following the Testing Grounds exhibition end, the HOLD ME DEAR project will be on-going primarily online. Take a look at the gallery or submit your photo to be included!
I am thrilled to have just launched the HOLD ME DEAR project! The project aims to create a collection of stunning photographs and short 50 word texts, which together tell the story of why a certain place is held so dear by an individual. Check out the gallery to view the places submitted so far. If you would like your treasured place to feature in the gallery, please send a photograph and 50 words to email@example.com.
